The new Agilent N9320B bench-top spectrum analyzer is an enhancement over N9320A. It gets a new all-digital IF that provides improved amplitude accuracy and repeatability. Like in the most expensive spectrum analyzers in Agilent's portfolio, digital IF technology eliminates the sensitive resolution bandwidth filter and detector section that is prone to drift and linearity problems. Like the N9320A, the N9320B will offer class-leading performance from 9 kHz to 3 GHz, with a low noise floor and fast test speed.

Optional pre-amplifier, tracking generator and AM/FM demodulation add even more measurement capability.

Modern connectivity rounds out the picture, with USB and LAN included. The N9320B will be popular for general use on the R&D bench as well as on the production line.
