Passive voltage probes provide oscilloscopes and other instrumentation the ability to quickly acquire real time signal information from today’s digital and analog circuitry.

  • Passive Voltage Probes extend the oscilloscope input across a wide range of voltages, signal acquisition bandwidths and connectivity to the DUT (Device Under Test).
  • They minimize "DUT" loading in many applications through medium input capacitance levels and high resistive input levels.
  • Test point attachment is easier with our wide range of specifically designed connection accessories.
