Passive voltage probes provide oscilloscopes and other instrumentation the ability to quickly acquire real time signal information from today’s digital and analog circuitry.

Passive Voltage Probes extend the oscilloscope input across a wide range of voltages, signal acquisition bandwidths and connectivity to the DUT (Device Under Test).
They minimize "DUT" loading in many applications through medium input capacitance levels and high resistive input levels.
Test point attachment is easier with our wide range of specifically designed connection accessories.
