Agilent U2701A is a 2 channel 8-bit 100MHz Oscilloscope. It uses the
common non-proprietary standard high-speed USB 2.0 interface that provide
ease of connectivity.
U2702A USB Modular Oscilloscope, 200 MHz
Agilent U2702A is a 2 channel 8-bit 200 MHz Oscilloscope. It uses the
common non-proprietary standard high-speed USB 2.0 interface that provide
ease of connectivity.
U2722A USB Modular Source Measure Unit
U2722A is a SMU that can operate in a 4-quadrant operation. The channels
could be connected in series/in parallel for higher power. The optional
Agilent U2941A parametric test fixture complements the U2722A in the
testing of semiconductor components.
U2723A USB Modular Source Measure Unit
The U2723A USB Modular Source Measure Unit is a 3-channel 20V/120mA that
can operate in a 4-quadrant operation. It has embedded test scripts
that will simplify automated testing with up to two test scripts per
channel.
