The Keysight 53150 series Microwave counter and power meter is perfectly suited for bench top ATE environments, yet is tough enough to handle the most rugged field applications. These models offer high performance with and ultra-wideband input that covers the RF and microwave spectrum from 50 MHz to 46GHz depending on the option selected. Frequency and power are measured simultaneously with this same input.
