We are reaching out to our valued customers with an update on the potential impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) on our mutual business. TestEquity strives to deliver superior quality, exceptional service, and real value to our customers.
From time to time external factors can have an impact on the manner in which we serve our customers. TestEquity is taking all necessary precautions to protect our associates and maintain the flow of our quality products. However, some disruption in the supply chain is likely. Our vendor’s factories in China are up and running, however, some production time has been lost. In addition, the supply chain can be affected in other ways. Flights, shipping lanes, and staffing all could cause delays in shipments.
We are working in conjunction with our vendors on continuity plans where appropriate. TestEquity has a robust continuity plan in place in order to minimize disruptions to our operations and our customers.
TestEquity will strive to minimize any interruption while adhering to all government mandates and keeping the safety of our associates as a top priority. As the public health response to the coronavirus continues, our thoughts remain with the communities and individuals most deeply affected by the disease and with those working to contain its spread and treat the ill. Some things to consider for a smooth supply chain process through this pandemic.
In order to minimize potential disruptions, TestEquity recommends to:
• Please order supplies ahead of time in case of channel disruption
• Work with your TestEquity representative to understand any delays that may occur
• Please call your TestEquity representative now to discuss your high sensitivity items
• We ask for your understanding and with teamwork, we can lessen the severity of any disruptions

Shipment Delays and Impact to Carriers
UPS and FedEx have suspended their service guarantees during the COVID-19 Pandemic. As a result, shipments may be delayed while in transport with our carriers. In many cases, FedEx and UPS are not delivering to business parks as the carriers assume businesses are closed. Both carriers are still committed to tracking all packages.
