An industry-leading uncompromised update rate of one million waveforms per second gives you visibility into subtle signal details, giving you the highest probability of capturing random and infrequent events that you would miss on an oscilloscope with a lower waveform update rate.
Measurement insight at your fingertips
The user interface allows you to use the alphanumeric pad for quick annotation, place waveforms or cursors in exact positions and drag docking panels across the screen to see more measurement information. The availability of up to 4 annotations on screen makes it easy to highlight key items on screen shots. Streamline documentation with the ability to input information via a pop-up soft keyboard on the touch screen or a USB keyboard. A sidebar displays additional information without covering the waveform graticule, and allows you to dock and scroll through multiple measurement values.
6-in-1 integration allows new measurement possibilities
In addition to a class-leading oscilloscope functionality, the MSOX3034T offers additional optional integrated instrument capabilities not always found in this class of oscilloscope: digital channels (MSO), protocol analysis capability, a digital voltmeter, a WaveGen function/arbitrary waveform generator, and an 8-digit hardware counter/totalizer. Finally, the MSOX3034T delivers correlated frequency and time domain measurements using the gated FFT function for the first time in this class, to address emerging measurement challenges.
Capacitive touch screen technology enables productivity

The MSOX3034T also offers a "touch off" button as well as USB mouse and keyboard support.
MegaZoom IV smart memory technology enables uncompromised update rate
Traditionally, CPU processing was the major bottleneck for oscilloscope waveform update rate and responsiveness. The InfiniiVision MSOX3034T requires minimum support from a CPU, as most core operations are handled by Keysight proprietary technology, the MegaZoom IV smart memory ASIC. MegaZoom includes hardware serial decoders and hardware mask/limit testing capability, plots analog and digital data directly to the display, supports GUI operation, and integrates additional instruments like the WaveGen function/arbitrary waveform generator.
Industry exclusive zone touch trigger makes triggering simple
An uncompromised update rate allows you to see an anomaly, but to continue the debug process you have to isolate it. Setting up a trigger has been a challenge since oscilloscopes introduced a triggered waveform. Zone touch trigger eliminates the complexity of setting up advanced triggers. Now, if you can see the event on the display of the oscilloscope, you can trigger on it just by drawing a box on the signal you want to isolate.
Integrated mixed signal oscilloscope
Digital content is everywhere in today's designs. With the additional 16 integrated digital channels, the MSOX3034T has 20 channels of time-correlated acquisition and viewing on the same instrument. In addition to offering powerful triggering across the analog and digital channels, this also gives you additional channels to use for serial decode and triggering.

Frequency Response Analysis (FRA)
FRA is a critical measurement used to characterize the frequency response (gain and phase versus frequency) of a variety of today's electronic designs including passive filters, amplifier circuits and negative feedback networks of switch mode power supplies (loop response). While network analyzers or standalone low-frequency FRAs are typically used to perform these types of measurements, however, now automatic frequency response analysis is now available in Keysight's InfiniiVision 3000T X-Series oscilloscopes with option DSOXT3FRA.
DSOXT3NRZ user-definable Manchester/NRZ trigger and decode software
DSOXT3NRZ can be customized to support a broad range of serial protocols, including the PSI5 automotive sensor bus and NFC-F. This option automatically demodulates near field communication RF signals (13.56 MHz carrier) at 212 kbps and 424 kbps (NFC-F).
