Dymax 3094-T-REV-A plastic bonding adhesive cures with high-intensity UV/Visible light in seconds for “on-demand” rapid bonding and sealing of a variety of plastics. The product adheres well to polycarbonate (PC), polyurethane (PU), and polystyrene (PS) and even liquid-crystal polymer (LCP). The adhesive is thixotropic and jet friendly for easy dispensing. 3094-T-REV-A also features low shrinkage and stress. Typical applications include plastic and household appliance assembly, as well as compact camera module (CCM) assembly.

Dymax materials are solvent-free and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency.
