The Loctite 882427 TEROSON AL 6302 is a heat-curing, solvent-free polyacrylate plastisol sealant designed for high-temperature industrial and manufacturing applications. This pumpable sealant is formulated for use on clean bare steel or electrocoated (e-coat) metal surfaces and can be applied prior to powder coating processes.

Engineered for environments where thermal stability is critical, TEROSON AL 6302 delivers excellent resistance to heat degradation and discoloration at temperatures up to 200°C. The material accepts powder paint in both cured and wet-on-wet production processes, making it well suited for automotive, metal fabrication, and industrial coating applications.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store TEROSON AL 6302 in its original unopened container in a dry location.
