The Xemex X2-C8-8S is a high-performance static mixer engineered for two-part adhesives requiring consistent, reliable mixing in mid- to high-volume applications. Featuring patented Xemex technology, its eight internal mixing elements deliver uniform mixing while using significantly fewer elements than traditional 18–32 element static mixers. The mixer features an 8.7 mm internal diameter, a compact 86 mm overall length, and a precision stepped tip for smooth material flow and controlled bead placement. With a low retained volume of just 3.4 mL, it helps reduce adhesive waste and lower overall material costs. The durable polyester insert and polypropylene housing provide excellent chemical resistance and broad compatibility with epoxies, methacrylates (MMA), urethanes, and silicones.
