The Fluke 80PK-22 SureGripT Immersion Temperature Probe is specifically engineered for utilization in liquids or gels, and it can also serve as a general purpose temperature probe. The thermocouple junction, from the tip to the handle, is safeguarded by an Inconel sheath. The probe is equipped with a 40-inch (1 meter) cable that ends with a Type-K miniature thermocouple connector, having a pin spacing of 0.792-mm (0.312-in). The 80PK-22 is compatible with any temperature measuring device that is designed to accommodate Type-K thermocouples and has a miniature connector input.

Note: The 80PK-22 is not recommended for use in food or beverage preparation. Use 80PK-25 for food preparation.
