Powered by Metcal SmartHeat® Fixed Temperature Technology, the MX-5210 automatically regulates power at the molecular level to maintain safe, consistent soldering temperatures—without calibration. By varying power instead of temperature, it ensures repeatable solder joint quality, reduced thermal stress, and reliable performance across applications.

Fast Time-to-Recovery for High Throughput

The MX-5210’s super-charged power supply provides rapid thermal recovery, enabling higher production rates even when working with high-mass components, multilayer PCBs, and lead-free solders.

Efficient Dual-Simultaneous Operation

With dynamic power sharing, the system intelligently distributes up to 80W output based on demand, delivering flexibility and speed for complex workflows. The included MX-H1-AV advanced soldering handpiece offers ergonomic control and precision, while the MX-W1AV TipSaver workstand improves operator comfort and extends tip life through automatic power reduction during idle periods.
