Part of the advanced MX-5200 Series, it delivers 80W SmartHeat power with dual-simultaneous ports, enabling two operators or dual applications to run efficiently from a single system.

Dynamic Power & Fast Thermal Recovery

The MX-5211 intelligently shares 80W output between two MX-H1-AV handpieces based on demand, ensuring optimal performance across applications. Its fast time-to-recovery increases throughput, making it ideal for high-mass components, multilayer PCBs, and lead-free soldering.

SmartHeat Process Control

Equipped with SmartHeat Technology, the system automatically maintains safe, controlled temperatures without calibration. By adjusting power dynamically, it ensures consistent solder quality, reduced thermal stress, and repeatable results.

Dual-Handpiece Configuration for Maximum Efficiency

This configuration includes two MX-H1-AV advanced soldering handpieces and two MX-W1AV TipSaver workstands, providing ergonomic handling and improved workflow. The TipSaver feature reduces tip oxidation by automatically lowering power during idle periods, extending tip life and reducing operating costs.
