• 0.075" (1.91 mm) center spacing, part of QA Technology’s X75-16 Series designed for PCBs.
  
• 0.160" (4.06 mm) full stroke, for in‑circuit and functional (ICT/FCT) testing.
• Tip #43 in heat treated steel/gold plated over nickel tip.
  
• Standard spring force (SF) made of of stainless steel (SS) and with a 300,000 cycle life.
  
• Nickel silver/ID precious metal clad tube providing < 26 mOhms average resistance.
  
• Working Temperature Range: -45°C to 120°C with lubrication. Stainless steel (SS) springs can be used up to 204°C without lubrication.

The X Probe Socketless design, eliminating the socket from the system, allows a more robust probe to be mounted on closer centers compared to a standard probe and socket system. QA Technology's X Probe products are also used in the same applications as our in-circuit and functional products.
