The new Gen-Eye Prism video inspection system lets you use your own tablet or Smartphone to view your inspection and record it. The Wi-Fi transmitter inside the Prism sends video to your Smartphone or tablet. A free App lets you easily view and record video inspections at a range of up to 500 feet.

The compact, rugged Prism Command Module weighs just 3 lbs. and can be mounted securely on any Gen-Eye GL or POD reel. An expandable holder on top of the unit safely supports your standard size tablet and is adjustable for easy viewing. Optional brackets for mini-tablets and Smartphones are available.

The Prism offers all the features of full-size video inspection systems in a compact, fan-cooled package. It includes an on-screen distance counter to track how much push rod is in the line, a nine page titler with full keyboard to add your company name and job locations to your videos, a date and time stamp for your records, and an LED Dimmer control. Also included: a Power Port for your tablet or Smartphone, so you can keep it charged as you do your inspection.

Complete systems include a self-leveling color camera that automatically keeps the picture right side up, 2", 3", and 6" trap skids, and a 512 Hz transmitter for easy camera tracking with General's Hot Spot pipe locator.
