The USB-DIO32HS is a device that allows high-speed digital input and output (I/O) with 32 bits. It has separate clocks for input and output scanning, and can trigger and detect patterns in hardware or software.

The device has two ports, each with 16 bits of digital I/O. The ports can be set as input or output independently, and can do software or hardware scanning simultaneously. For output scanning, each port can send a 16-bit pattern at up to 8 MS/s, using the output clock.

The device also has a Clock I/O feature, which lets users control the input scanning speed with either the internal clock or an external signal. The internal clock can go up to 8 MHz, and keeps a 50% duty cycle.

In addition, the device supports digital and pattern triggering, using the TRIG pin for external TTL-level signals. The TRIG pin can start or stop input or output scanning, with less than 1 μs of delay. The trigger mode can be chosen by software, and can be edge or level sensitive, and high or low logic.

The USB-DIO32HS is a device with enclosure and screw terminals. An OEM version is available with model USB-DIO32HS-OEM, which has a board-only form factor with header connectors for OEM and embedded applications (no case, CD, or USB cable are included for OEM version).
