The powerful Kintex-7 XC7K325T-2FFG900C is capable of handling your designs created in Vivado Design Suite or ISE without any issues. While the free WebPACK version of the Vivado Design Suite doesn't support the Kintex-7 325T, a voucher for the Vivado HL Design Edition is included at no additional charge.
