Use only the TEC approved power adapter or charger cord with TEC digital gauges. Remove the AA batteries from the DG-700 or DG-500 before using a power adapter.

It is good practice to charge the DG-1000 after each work day to keep the Li-Ion batteries at optimal performance. The DG-1000 can still be used while charging. This AC power cord is an optional accessory for the DG-700 or DG-500 and often used as an alternative to battery power when long-term data logging. DG-1000 gauges with serial numbers 9540 and lower use this barrel jack power adapter to charge the lithium-ion batteries. DG-1000 gauges with serial numbers 9541 and higher charge the batteries using a USB Type C connector (item number DG00-PSU-USBC) and are not compatible with this product.
