ELASTOSIL N 2199 is a one-part, ready-to-use, acid- and sovent-free, non-corrosive RTV-1 nonslumping paste that cures at room temperature to a permanently flexible silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent adhesion to a broad variety of substrates.

The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
