The Xemex X2-C10-8S is a high-flow static mixer engineered for two-part adhesives requiring reliable mixing in higher-volume applications. Featuring patented Xemex technology, its eight internal mixing elements deliver consistent, efficient mixing while using significantly fewer elements than traditional 18–32 element static mixers. The mixer features a 10.7 mm internal diameter to support increased material flow, a compact 98 mm overall length, and a precision stepped tip for smooth dispensing and controlled bead formation. With a low retained volume of just 6.0 mL, it helps reduce adhesive waste while maintaining strong throughput and mix quality. The durable polyester insert and polypropylene housing, combined with a standard C-System bell connection, provide excellent chemical resistance and compatibility with epoxies, methacrylates (MMA), urethanes, and silicones.
