The Xemex X2-FZ10-8S is a high-flow static mixer engineered for two-part adhesives requiring 4:1 or 10:1 mix ratios. Featuring patented Xemex technology, its eight internal elements deliver fast, consistent mixing while using significantly fewer elements than traditional 18–32 element mixers. The mixer features a 10.7 mm internal diameter to support higher flow rates, a 113 mm overall length, and a precision stepped tip for clean, controlled bead application with high-viscosity materials. With a low retained volume of just 7.6 mL, it helps reduce adhesive waste while maintaining strong throughput and mix quality.
