The Hexacon TT-PCA+ Printed Circuit Assembly Plus is an upgraded replacement printed circuit assembly developed for the Therm-O-Trac Plus platform. Designed for use with the TOT-1002+ Therm-O-Trac Plus Soldering Station and TOT-2300+ Magnum Soldering Station Plus, this assembly incorporates the newer digital circuitry introduced as part of Hexacon's Therm-O-Trac Plus product update.

The TT-PCA+ was introduced alongside Hexacon's transition from the previous thermistor-based design to an updated thermocouple sensing system and digital control architecture. It can also be used as part of a retrofit solution for qualifying older station models, helping bring existing equipment up to current Therm-O-Trac Plus specifications.
