The 11904S set is designed for network analyzer systems with 2.4 mm test ports and protects the test set port when connecting 2.92 mm devices. These adapters convert the rugged test set port to a connection that can be mated with the device being test. The 2.92 mm female connector which has slotted contacts, cannot be considered metrology grade.
