The Keysight N6734B 50 W Basic DC Power Module provides programmable voltage and current, as well as measurement and protection features at an economical price. This single-slot module is designed for use with either the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System, a 1U multiple-output mainframe for ATE applications, or the N6705 DC Power Analyzer, a multiple-output mainframe for bench testing. Both mainframes are sold separately and include GPIB, LAN, and USB interfaces, and LXI compliance, as standard features.

High-Speed Test Extensions (Option 054)

To make your testing go even faster, the N6734B/054/761 DC power module offers High-Speed Test Extensions (HSTE). This enhancement to the DC power modules extends the capabilities to include features similar to a built-in arbitrary waveform generator and a built-in oscilloscope-like digitizer that increases measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transient or pulse events within the device-under-test (DUT).

Output Disconnect Relays (Option 761)

Option 761 adds output and sense‑line disconnect relays, along with polarity reversal capability. When this option is installed, the positive and negative rails of the output power mesh are physically isolated from the output terminals. However, a small AC coupling network remains connected across the output terminals even when they are disconnected.
