Keysight N6753A/054 DC Power Module
The Keysight N6753A, part of the N6750 Series, is a 300 W high-performance auto-ranging double-wide DC power module. It offers low noise, high accuracy, and programming speeds that are 10 to 50 times faster than those of conventional programmable power supplies, enabling it to replace multiple traditional units. This model includes Option 054 (high-speed test extensions).
The N67101C or N7702C mainframe, compatible with N6750 Series modules, is used in either the small, multiple-output 1U-high N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System (for ATE systems) or the N6705 DC Power Analyzer (for bench testing). GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance are standard on all compatible mainframes, which are sold separately.

High-Speed Test Extensions (Option 504)
To make your testing go even faster, the N6753A/054 DC power module offers High-Speed Test Extensions (HSTE). This enhancement to the DC power modules extends the capabilities to include features similar to a built-in arbitrary waveform generator and a built-in oscilloscope-like digitizer that increases measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transient or pulse events within the device-under-test (DUT).
