The PCE-TM 80 is a digital torque meter with external sensor that measures the static or startup torque in screws, components, switches, transmission shafts, etc. The Digital Torque Meter PCE-TM 80 operates by rotatory movements to the left and right. Please note, the chuck does not rotate, the force is static or "startup" force.
The PCE-TM 80 offers the selection of high or low resolution. Additional features include data hold, peak-hold, record max/min readings with recall, and selectable fast or slow sampling time. The auto-off function preserves battery life. The durable structure of the meter ensures long lifetime and reliability.
The RS-232 interface and use of optional software (sold separately) allows real-time data to be continuously transferred to a computer.
