Siglent SDS802X HD Mixed Signal Oscilloscope
The SDS802X HD is a high-performance Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO) featuring a 70 MHz bandwidth and a maximum sample rate of 2 GSa/s. SIGLENT's SDS800X HD series high-resolution digital storage oscilloscopes are based on 2GSa/s, 12-bit Analog-Digital Converters and front ends with excellent noise floor performance. They are available in bandwidths of 200 MHz and 100 MHz, have maximum record length of 100 Mpts, and display 2/4 analog channels + 16 digital channels mixed signal analysis ability.

SAG1021I Waveform Generator (Uses SDS800XHD-FG Software)
The SDS800X HD series can control the SAG1021I isolated USB Function/Arbitrary waveform generator to output waveforms with up to 25 MHz frequency and ±3 V amplitude. Six basic waveforms plus multiple types of arbitrary waveforms are built-in: Output Sine, Square, Ramp, Pulse, Noise and DC. They can be accessed and edited by the EasyWave PC software.

SLA1016 16 Digital Channels (Uses SDS800XHD-16LA Software)
The SLA1016 is an optional MSO accessory. It consists of a logic module, probe set, and connection cables which allow the user of the scope to add (16) channels of digital measurement. This allows for the exploration of more complex digital designs (e.g., parallel data busses, sequential logic, etc.) while maintaining the same timebase as the analog measurements.
