Keysight N9010B/544 EXA Signal Analyzer, 44 GHz
The N9010B EXA Signal Analyzer is your go-to solution when precision, speed, and flexibility are non-negotiable. Designed to deliver maximum value in signal analysis, even up to millimeter-wave frequencies, the EXA helps you reach answers faster, whether you're tightening design margins or accelerating test cycles.
Built for high-throughput environments, the EXA features a fast sweep capability that significantly reduces test time during spurious response measurements. To further enhance dynamic range and optimize mixer levels beyond the standard mechanical attenuator of 10 dB/step, it offers options between a 2 dB/step fine step attenuator (N9010B-FSA) or a 1 dB/step electronic attenuator (N9010B-EA3) for applications up to 3.6 GHz.
Supporting a standard 25 MHz analysis bandwidth, the EXA is well-equipped for a wide range of applications—from cellular communications and wireless connectivity to audio/video broadcasting. Its functionality as a Spectrum Analyzer and IQ Analyzer provides traditional spectrum analysis alongside a suite of enhanced features for deeper insight and flexibility.
When your testing demands evolve, the N9010B EXA keeps pace. It is part of the X-Series which is an evolutionary approach to signal analysis that spans instrumentation, measurements and software. With the power of PathWave X-Series measurement applications, it adapts to complex requirements while maintaining a solid balance of speed and performance. Whether you're refining a product or scaling up throughput, the EXA is engineered to meet the challenge.

Make Fast and Accurate Power Measurements
Keysight’s PowerSuite is a collection of measurements and is a standard feature of the X-Series signal analyzers. It provides one-touch measurements of channel power, occupied bandwidth, adjacent channel power, CCDF, harmonic distortion, burst power, third order intercept, spurious emissions, and spectrum emission mask.
A Common Multi-touch Interface For Better Results
With an intuitive 10.6-inch multi-touch display, the N9010B EXA simplifies PowerSuite measurements with a streamlined menu structure, fewer keystrokes, and preset values for many cellular and wireless-connectivity standards.
Quickly and Easily Set Up Multiple Signal Views
Faint signals are frequently masked by background noise, which can distort their amplitude and lead to inaccurate readings. Discover how to fine-tune settings and analyze traces on the EXA to uncover elusive spurs and enhance measurement precision.
Utilizing Preamplifiers to Improve Noise Floor
Using smart USB pre-amplifiers (sold separately) can lower your noise floor even lower than an internal preamplifier due to their incredibly low noise floor and because their gain is applied before cabling losses internal to the analyzer. They also have the ability to upload calibration data to the analyzer, allowing NFE to operate. Using an external Keysight preamplifier will allow you to measure below the kTB noise floor with the proper settings and equipment.
