WHY the NEW DeoxIT® L260D Grease?

Up until now, greases were formulated to lubricate, prevent corrosion and protect the surfaces.

What if there is corrosion on the metal surfaces?

Whether you have a mechanical or electrical device that just needs lubrication, or has minor or major amounts of corrosion, wouldn’t you want to take care of both issues at the same time?

DeoxIT® L260D Grease provides both lubrication and protection. It uses the same lithium base as L260 but is infused with DeoxIT® D-Series Dx100L fluid.

L260D offers all the benefits of L260 while also removing oxidation and corrosion without damaging the metal. Unlike harsh chemicals that strip away metal layers, it cleans gently and preserves specifications.

The grease works gradually, lifting contaminants until they are displaced through the device’s mechanical action. It is effective for both mechanical and electrical applications.

On application, the DeoxIT® fluid bonds to the metal, sealing and lubricating the surfaces. Even if the grease separates over time, the Dx100L fluid continues protecting. DeoxIT® L260D keeps working when other greases stop.

For reference, DeoxIT® L260D Grease has approximately 5% cleaning action
