CT3290RA is one of Cal Test's highest frequency passive probes at 500 MHz. This compact probe is an excellent replacement for probes used with high-frequency scopes. Probe includes a readout actuator pin (sense pin) on the BNC connector. Replacement for Tektronix P6139A.
