9190A-A-P-156 Overview

The Fluke 9190A-A-P-156 Ultra-Cool Field Metrology Well exhibits an extensive temperature range, spanning from -95 to 140 degrees Celsius, with an accuracy of plus-or-minus 0.015 degrees Celsius. This wide range allows it to accommodate the coldest and warmest temperatures needed in pharmaceutical, biomedical, and food processing applications. Unlike traditional calibration baths, the 9190A-A-P-156 operates at ultra-cold temperatures, which are not typically achievable with bath fluids. Its dry-block design eliminates the need for such fluids, ensuring clean rooms stay pristine and making transportation easier. Additionally, this calibrator provides rapid heating and cooling rates. The calibrator also includes insert "A" with imperial comparison holes for accommodating probes.

Besides the 9190A-A-P-156 Ultra-Cool Field Metrology Well's exceptional temperature stability, its process option denoted as "-P," features 4-20 mA connectors, 24 V dc loop power, a reference thermometer input, and a 4-wire PRT/RTD input. The reference sensor control minimizes the impact of axial gradients when aligning a reference PRT with short sensors. Other process features include:

• Set-point temperature control gets passed from the internal sensor to external reference PRT

• Controls the well temperature based on its measurement and position inside the well

• Automate calibrations of PRTs, thermocouples, and other industrial thermometers
