The LOCTITE Compact Rotor Pump Dispenser 4.0 is a high-precision volumetric dispensing solution engineered for repeatable, accurate bead and drop application. Designed to integrate seamlessly into the LOCTITE Rotor Pump System, this compact unit delivers consistent flow control for a wide range of industrial adhesives, including anaerobics, acrylates, and UV-curable materials.

Built around a rotor-stator displacement system, the dispenser ensures exceptional metering accuracy, even at varying viscosities up to 100,000 cP. Its ability to provide controlled flow rates up to 6 ml/min (0.2 oz/min) makes it ideal for applications requiring tight tolerances, such as micro-dispensing, bead formation, and potting.

Engineers will benefit from the unit’s reversible flow capability, which enables precise start/stop control and eliminates dripping through integrated vacuum suck-back functionality. The result is cleaner processes, reduced material waste, and enhanced production consistency.
