Part of the advanced MX-5200 Series, it delivers 80W SmartHeat power with dual-simultaneous ports, enabling two users or dual applications to operate efficiently from a single system.

Dynamic Power & Fast Thermal Recovery

The MX-5241 intelligently shares 80W output power between two handpieces based on demand, ensuring optimal performance across a wide range of applications. Its fast time-to-recovery supports increased throughput, making it ideal for high-mass components, multilayer PCBs, and lead-free soldering.

SmartHeat Process Control

Powered by SmartHeat Technology, the system automatically maintains safe, controlled temperatures without manual calibration. By dynamically adjusting power instead of temperature, it ensures consistent solder joint quality, reduced thermal stress, and repeatable process control.

Precision Tools & Enhanced Visibility

This configuration includes the MX-H1-AV soldering handpiece and MX-PTZ precision tweezer handpiece, offering flexibility for both general soldering and fine-pitch rework. A built-in digital power meter with bar graph provides real-time feedback, enabling engineers to monitor and optimize performance across applications.
