Part of the MX-5200 Series, it delivers 80W SmartHeat power with dual-simultaneous ports, enabling two applications or operators to work seamlessly from a single system.

Dynamic Power & Fast Thermal Recovery

The MX-5251 intelligently shares 80W output between the MX-DS1 desoldering handpiece and MX-H1-AV soldering handpiece, ensuring optimal performance based on demand. Its fast time-to-recovery increases throughput, making it ideal for high-mass components, multilayer PCBs, and lead-free soldering applications.

SmartHeat Technology for Precision Control

Powered by SmartHeat Technology, each cartridge self-regulates temperature without calibration, delivering consistent heat, reduced thermal stress, and repeatable soldering quality—critical for high-reliability electronics.

Dual-Function Flexibility

This system includes the MX-DS1 desoldering iron, MX-H1-AV advanced soldering handpiece, and two ergonomic TipSaver workstands. The dual setup supports efficient switching between soldering and desoldering tasks, improving workflow and reducing downtime.

• Universal Power Supply: automatically senses the input line voltage and adjusts accordingly, which allows for worldwide operation without adaptors or a change in performance.
