The Techspray 2366-DEK is a stencil wipe. It is intended for vacuum under-stencil operation (i.e. it works in machines that vacuum-clean the underside of a stencil). 

This roll is used for under-stencil cleaning in SMT printing processes. It helps remove solder paste, flux residues, or other contaminants from the underside of the stencil during or between print cycles. Strong both wet and dry.
