ITW Texwipe TX715 Cleanroom Swabs

The ITW Texwipe TX715 Cleanroom Swabs, part of the Alpha® series, are designed specifically for cleaning validation in cleanroom environments. These non-sterile swabs are ideal for determining the effectiveness of cleaning protocols as per US FDA requirements. They are suitable for HPLC analysis using a UV detector analytical method.

• High-Quality Construction: Made from double-layered, double-knit polyester with a notched, rigid 100% polypropylene handle. The swabs are precision-manufactured without adhesives, ensuring superior performance.
• Effective Validation: Processed to reduce UV background interference in the 230 nm range, enhancing the limit of detection for improved validation results.
• Contaminant Capture: The double-layered polyester head efficiently traps contaminants, allowing for maximum collection and release into the diluent, ensuring excellent recovery rates.
• Chemical Resistance: The notched, rigid polypropylene handle provides excellent chemical resistance and allows minimal handling, reducing contamination risk.
• NSF Certified: Acceptable for use as a Cleaning Swab (P1) in food processing areas; must not contact food or potable water directly. Use must follow manufacturer’s directions.
