The LTE Module allows Fluke 177X users to communicate with their instrument from any location (where a compatible cell tower is within proximity). Communication with the instrument happens with the Fluke Energy Analyze plus application software or a VNC client. The 177X includes a VNC server which mimics the user interface of the instrument including the touch targets and the physical buttons. Users can see instrument readings or control the instrument by pressing the virtual controls. This feature makes it a huge benefit for anyone with multiple instruments located in remote locations.

Additional Notes

• An extention cable for the anntena is available optionally if the instrument is mounted inside an electrical panel
• The use of a suitable antenna is required for communication
• A SIM card with subscription to a network operator - The supplier needs to offer a SIM card with fixed IP address
