The M8700 side-mounted level switch is constructed with a polypropylene stem and float. The float is hermetically sealed ensuring the switch can provide dependable sensing at a reasonable cost. The side mount M8700 liquid level switch has a polypropylene stem and float. It is designed for liquid level sensing for a wide variety of fluids and conditions. These hermetically sealed float switches provide years of dependable sensing at an economical cost. Used with a standard 1/2” NPT threaded stem, these plastic switches provide control signals for many different liquid level sensor applications. The M8700 can easily be mounted through the wall of a tank as a high or low-level float switch. All wetted materials are NSF grade material and widely used in the food equipment industry.
