Overview of the MMS1700

The Triplett MMS1700 Solar Pro Digital Multimeter (DMM) is engineered for installation and maintenance in high-voltage photovoltaic systems, capable of measuring up to 1500VAC and 1700VDC. It’s also suitable for energy storage systems, UPS units, large motors, and other high-voltage environments. In addition, it measures resistance, capacitance, frequency, diode, and continuity.

The 3000A clamp adapter input works with any adapter featuring a 10mV/A output. True RMS ensures accurate readings for non-sinusoidal or noisy waveforms.

Other key features include microamp current measurement, a low-pass filter (LPF), NCV detection, data hold, relative mode, Min/Max and Peak (less than 1ms) Min/Max. Auto power-off with disable helps conserve battery life, and a built-in flashlight provides visibility in dimly lit areas.
