The parallel action flat nose plier is similar to the side cutting plier except it does not have a side cutting feature. A longitudinal V slot in the jaw holds and straightens wire, pins, etc. Th etool is open throated to allow passage of long wire pulling operations. Serrated jaws are manufactured from tough high carbon tool steel and are heat treated, and nickel plated.
